About Headwall Construction & Project Management

We are a family owned and operated residential construction company. Our President, John Dube is the father of Jacob Dube and father-in-law of Randy Fournier, our Vice Presidents.

In March of 2005 Headwall Construction & Project Management Inc. was a reality. Our crew are craftsmen of all ages and expertise and are prepared to tackle any job big or small.

Since Jacob Dube was old enough to work, he worked with his father in construction in the summers during school break.

In May of 2005, Jake earned an associates degree in Construction Management from UNH.

Randy Fournier grew up working for his father who was a carpenter in southern New Hampshire and more recently in the Lakes Region.

In August of 2002, Randy earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Randy has since worked as a project manager for Opechee Construction in Belmont.

John Dube is a third generation carpenter has been in business for over 40 years.

Through the years, John has earned the respect of his peers and customers as being one of the best in the business. It is his experience and relentless drive for perfection in quality home construction that sets John Dube Builder along with Headwall Construction ahead of the rest.

The Dube's passion aside from construction is downhill skiing.

When Randy married into the family in 2003, skiing became his winter passion as well. It was during the many ski trips to the Dube's camp and across the west that the idea for Headwall Construction was born.
